EZ-10 RNA Column and collection tube (clear tube, clear ring, clear collection)

EZ-10 Spin Columns are composed with silica membranes that rapidly purify nucleic acid. The columns can be used to purify RNA from contaminants such as salts, solvents, enzymes or proteins. Nucleic acids are bound to the silica resins under high chaotropic concentrations. Salt and other impurities are removed during wash steps. Pure RNA is eluted from the membrane with water or TE buffer. This isolation method of RNA is faster and easier to perform compared with other organic-based extraction methods.
