Lambda DNA/HindIII Marker, Ready-to-use

7 DNA fragments : 23130x, 9416, 6557, 4361x, 2322, 2027 and 564: Lambda DNA/ Hind III marker are made by digesting Lambda DNA to completion with Hind III. The resulting DNA was subjected to phenolchloroform extraction and dialysis in 1 X TE (pH 8.0). It is supplied in gel loading buffer and can be directly applied on to agarose gel.
