Extract-EZ E1, Total Subcellular Protein Extraction Kit

Extract-EZ E1, Total Subcellular Protein Extraction Kit: The kit is designed for extracon of four subcellular protein fracons (Cytosol, nucleus, membrane/organelle, and cytoskeleton protein) from adherent and suspension cultured mammalian cells. The procedure is fast and simple. The whole process takes approximately 2 hours. Except for cytoskeleton protein fracon, the other three protein fracons obtained are suitable for many downstream applicaons such as 1‐D or 2‐D gel, enzyme acvity assays, gel shi assay, and Western blong. The kit is sufficient for 50X10⁷ cells adherent and suspension cultured mammalian cells.
